1. Why do I have to register to shop on your website?
When you create an account, you become a registered customer. You will enjoy a faster checkout process and have access to features such as order history, saved delivery preferences, exclusive online discounts and more.
2. How do I create an account?
It only takes a few minutes to create your account. Before checkout:- Click “Log in/Register” on the top right of any page on the website. You will be directed to enter your email address to create a new account, after which you will enter your full name and choose a password for your account. Once you have done so, you can then enter your billing and shipping addresses. During checkout:- After you have added items to your cart, click on Checkout, and you will be directed to a screen to sign in or create a new account.
3. How do I change my account information?
Once you are signed in, your name will appear on the top right of all pages. Simply click on your name to go to your account preferences. Here you can change your password, delivery address, track your order history, and view your vouchers and wish lists.
4. How can I retrieve my password?
For your security, we do not have access to your password. Please follow these steps to retrieve it securely: Go to the Sign-in page Enter the email address associated to your account Click on the "Forgot your password?" link Your password will be sent to your email address


5. Does Training Camp Ship Internationally?
At this time, we ship to all locations in Jamaica.
6. How long will delivery take?
We are pleased to offer same day and next-day delivery (business day) to all locations in Jamaica. In order to receive same day delivery, orders must be submitted and processed by 11am EST.
7. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the order. If you choose to pick up your order in store, there are no associated shipping costs.


8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Keycard.
9. What currencies do you accept?
You may choose between Jamaican and US dollars for payment. The currency converter is located on the top right of the page – simply click and select preferred currency to display prices in USD or JMD. You can also select the payment currency at checkout.
10. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We have taken all measures to ensure a safe and secure online shopping environment. First-time purchasers will be required to register and verify ownership of their credit card before completing a transaction. Your credit card details will not be stored.
11. How can I apply e-vouchers to my order?
When you select “Check out” from your cart, you will be directed to a screen to view the items being purchased. You will be able to enter the voucher number on this page. You must click “OK” before proceeding to the next step, otherwise the voucher will not be applied to your order.
